2222 Training Ltd is a registered centre with the RCUK to provide Advanced Life Support courses. We welcome any individual that meets the requirements to complete the e-ALS course.
Please refer to the below guidance for information regarding the application process.
Any information collected will be used purely to allow for registration of the candidates on the course as well as contacting candidates with regards to the course. The information may be used in conjunction with the RCUK to allow for confirmation of certificates and registration purposes. This information will be regulated and used as per 2222 Training Ltd GDPR policy.

The details provided on this application form will be used as the delivery address for any correspondence, please ensure locations are clearly highlighted for distribution of pre-course materials. Please ensure the correct address is stated on the application form above and if any changes occur during the application process, please notify 2222 Training Ltd. Additional postage charges may occur for International shipping.

2222 training Ltd will received notification of your booking and payment. On approval of the application form, the candidate will be sent an automatic email, to confirm the booking. Receipt of payment will be provided on the day of the course.

Our cancellation terms:- 8 weeks or more before the course date – £20.00 Admin Fee. 6-8 weeks before -£20.00 Admin fee + £35.00 cost of manual (total £55.00) 4-6 weeks- 50% of the course Fee + £35.00 cost of manual. Less than 4 weeks 100% cost of the course. It is at the discretion of 2222 Training Ltd as to whether a candidate can be transferred on to a later, available course.
If 2222 Training Ltd must cancel a course or reduce the number of candidates on a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund for the course, but may be charged for the manual fee, if already sent to you.
